All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and audio/video clips — is the property of Mississippi Values Project or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

4. Donations

The Site may contain links to ActBlue, a third-party contribution platform operated independently of Mississippi Values Project. Any donations made through ActBlue are subject to ActBlue's own terms of service and privacy policy. Mississippi Values Project is a 501(c)(4) social welfare organization. Contributions are not tax-deductible as charitable donations. All contributions are subject to applicable federal and state laws governing 501(c)(4) organizations.

5. Email, Text & Communications

By submitting your contact information through any form on the Site — including email sign-ups — you consent to receive communications from Mississippi Values Project via email, text message (SMS/MMS), or other channels. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Donation records may be retained for seven (7) years in accordance with applicable legal and tax requirements.

The Site is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.
